Most clients come in for a lash fill every 2-3 weeks to keep their lashes looking full as the natural lashes shed and cycle. We recommend booking your fill before you drop below about 50% of your extensions for the best results.

Wear loose, dark, comfortable clothing and bring flip-flops or open-toe sandals. Avoid lotions, deodorant, or makeup beforehand, as these can affect how the solution develops. Many clients wear or bring a loose t-shirt and shorts.

A typical lash fill takes about 60-75 minutes, depending on how much regrowth there is and the set you have. New full sets take longer, usually around 2 hours.

For the best results, hair should be about 1/4 inch long (roughly the length of a grain of rice), which is usually 2-3 weeks of growth. This allows the wax to grip the hair properly.

Let your hair grow to about 1/4 inch (roughly 2-3 weeks of growth) and gently exfoliate the area a day or two before to reduce ingrown hairs. Avoid lotions or oils on the day of your appointment, and skip caffeine if you're sensitive, as it can make skin more tender. Let us know if you're using any retinol or acne medications.

A spray tan typically lasts 5 to 10 days, depending on your skin type and how you care for it. To extend your tan, moisturize daily, avoid long hot showers, and skip exfoliating or shaving until you're ready for it to fade. Pat your skin dry instead of rubbing after showering.

Keep your lashes clean by washing them gently with a lash-safe cleanser, and brush them daily with a clean spoolie. Avoid oil-based products, heavy rubbing, and waterproof mascara, as these break down the adhesive. Try not to get them wet for the first few hours after your appointment, and come in for regular fills every 2-3 weeks to keep them looking full.
